December 2013

We continue our tradition of getting our Christmas tree the Saturday after Thanksgiving.  While it is alot of work decorating for Christmas (inside and outside), we love doing it, and we always want to enjoy it as long as we possibly can.  While our kids are young, we are trying to create fun traditions that we can continue on for years to come.

Our annual trip downtown to Macy's to see the "A Day in the Life of an Elf." - we take the light rail down, walk through the display and have lunch downtown.   It is always a fun time!

Photo op with Santa - perfectly captures the different ages of our kids...LOVE!

Maui/Clara's Birthday

We enjoyed a relaxing week in Maui.  Highlights were going on a little submarine-like boat adventure, mini golfing/bumper boating, and celebrating Clara's first birthday.  Warm weather, sunny skies, great eateries, and spending time with my favorite 4 people....can't get better!

This is how we travel...check that out!

Happy Birthday my little lady!  (we were in Maui on her actual birthday)

Celebration continued after we got home from Maui.   Just like Addie and Charlie, Clara got a little chair for her first birthday!

 Why, happy birthday to me!
