When we built our home in 2007, we knew we wanted to add some built-in bookcases to our study. But we didn't know exactly what we wanted. We decided to live in the house a while and take time to figure it out. So, while Patrick was home on paternity leave this summer, this room took a major transformation...take a look!
the study as we knew it...
Furniture out, carpet out
Walls painted (except the walls where the bookcases were to be installed)
Hardwood floors installed
Bookcases installed....we love how they turned out!
the other side of the study...
furniture and a few books...
